Sponsorship Packages

All corporate partners receive the following recognition:

Platinum Meeting Sponsor - $130,000

Your support of the main meeting includes recognition at all events taking place during the three-day meeting.

Tote Bag - $30,000 This popular product will have the SHM logo on one side and the Sponsor's name and company logo on the other. It is used by all attendees and very often continues to be used throughout the coming years. Exhibit Hall Aisle Banners - $30,000 Draw more traffic to your booth when you sponsor the Exhibit Hall Aisle Banners. As a sponsor you can display your company logo on every aisle banner in the Exhibit Hall, making it easy for attendees to find you. Or sponsor your aisle for a reduced price (contact SHM for details) Sponsorship Includes: Acknowledgement at, and (1) invitation to Board/Faculty/Sponsor Dinner (1) Half-page ad in the conference program if received by print deadline

Hotel Key Cards - $25,000 We are offering an exclusive sponsorship for Hotel Key Cards. Display your corporate logo on the Hotel Key Card that will be consistently in front of attendees for all four days of Hospital Medicine 2011.

Internet Cafe - $30,000 (Exclusive Sponsorship) $6,000 each for 5 sponsors (Co-sponsorship) Help drive traffic to your company booth by sponsoring this year's internet café. Sponsorship will cover the email stations and connectivity to the Internet provided to conference attendees. Attendee Notebook - $25,000 Add to your visibility by providing each attendee with a notebook that includes your company's logo. Notebooks will be distributed through attendee tote bags, meaning your name will inevitably get into everyone's hands. Janus Board - Daily Update of Conference Highlights - *CAll for pricing A fantastic opportunity to promote your company with the Janus Boards, located throughout the hotel. The Daily Update will broadcast on these screens which will include conference highlights for the day and you can invite attendees to visit your booth. Sponsor is responsible for providing PowerPoint slides in an acceptable format with your company message.

Lanyards - $20,000 All attendees will be wearing your logo when you sponsor the lanyards. In addition to the standard corporate partner, the lanyards may include your company logo/slogan.
